SALES TRAINING - THE WAY FORWARD

There are many ways to create good training programs. Below we suggest a 4-step method that creates cost-effective training that produces real business results.

Click the relevant box to learn more.
1. Tailoring for your Needs

Creating tailored training based on the results of your training needs analysis (TNA) is by far the most effective way to train your sale force, and achieve real results.

2. elearning for the Basics

To minimize "off the road/desk" time for your sales people, we recommend the use of elearning to get everyone up to speed on the basics of the program.

3. Face to Face for Momentum

To ensure the participants are fully engaged, the key elements of the training are delivered face to face in small (10-15 people) groups. This will also ensure the program creates momentum.

4. Power Training to Re-enforce

To ensure the training initiative is followed through, and real benefits are achieved in the business, we recommend weekly power hours delivered by the sales managers to re-enforce the training.
