SALES TRAINING THE WAY FORWARD

elearning for Basics

As you have probably guessed, we are not great fans of elearning! However, there is a place for it, and we believe the place is at the start of the training, when you are trying to bring the whole sales team up to a common level of understanding.

In the past, we have used it to explain the basics of new technologies that products the company is introducing are based on. This is followed by an online test, that has to be passed prior to the sales person attending the course. This means that the individuals can choose how many of the elearning modules they take prior to the assessment. It saves time at the individual level, and also at the face to face training level.

Can we assist with your training requirements? Just email us now with your details and we'll get back to you.
